"It's the End of the World!!"

Ok so not quite the end of the world but close enough. When we came home on Tuesday our computer would not boot up. "Ok, Jennifer, don't panic. You just have all of the millions of pictures of the girls on there that you've never developed as well as all of your Bible study lessons and a myriad of other important things that of course you don't have backed up. I've changed my mind you can panic." So we were without our computer so what, it's only the brain of our families existence a box, we can deal with it. deep breath

We took it into a shop for a diagnoses. And we are still waiting for the call. Hopefully it won't be anything major. So how am I blogging you ask. Well, my honey has been wanting to get a laptop for some time now so after we took our giant and I do mean giant desktop in to the repair shop we went shopping. It was supposed to be window shopping and research, we went from Circuit City to Best Buy to Office Depot a couple of times found a laptop or notebook as some stores called them that looked like a good deal at all 3 stores. I called my Dad the computer genius in the family and asked him to take a look at them online since I was without a computer and could not do the research myself. We grabbed a bite to eat at In and Out Burger and while there my honey made the decision to buy the one we saw at Office Depot. again deep breath, Jennifer (I had just taught on meekness and being still, peaceable and undisturbed and how Sarah went along with Abrahams decision to lie about her being his wife TWICE because she trusted in God to take care of her.) So I found myself saying, "Whatever decision you make is the right one for our family." Now for anyone actually reading this I really mean that sure some people may think it says between the lines, "What do you think you're doing!?" but I really want to trust God with however he leads our family. And WALLA! instant laptop/notebook owners.

Thankfully later that night my Dad called back and said it was a good computer and couldn't find any cons (except for Windows Vista). So it's not quite the end of the world at least until I hear back from the fix-it shop an find out if I've lost all my data or not.

I seriously hate computer problems. I know it's not the end of the world and I tell myself that regularly - too bad I don't listen. LOL

How is the potty training going? I will have to start with my second probably this summer sometime. She may be more difficult than he sister was. Kylie was as easy as they come. I would love to have Alyssia trained before I have the next one but we will see.
