Do you have an ACMOORE near you? Sometimes they have people who set up crafting tables, and are willing to help. My sister and I did it, and started learning, but unfortunately, if you "put it down" for too long you forget (my story) I'd love to learn again, and wish you luck as you learn how to crochet :)
